Easy Returns & Exchanges

You are able to return or exchange your order within 30 days, we can issue you a refund or web-store credit for exchange. Returned goods must be in unused condition. If there is a specific reason why you would like a refund after using the merchandise, please e-mail us at info@staticclimbing.com. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any merchandise, unless defective. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return merchandise, unless the item is defective.
